How do you get quiet and learn to trust your inner thoughts for guidance?
Often our inner thoughts may be quite frantic, in response to the busy outside world.
But it is possible - and I'm sure you all know it when it happens - those moments when you connect with a clear assertive sense of inner knowing.

Automatic Writing for Self-Discovery - A Mini-Workshop Series

WHAT DOES IT ENTAIL: Two 2-hour workshops, 5 guided meditations (audio recordings provided for lifetime access), prompts for automatic writing, and a nurturing space to connect with community
WHAT TO BRING: A journal or notebook, a pen, colored pencils or markers
