A HEALING JOURNEYÂ TURNED CAREER
Cally's story...
Back in 2009, Cally had a life-changing experience with hypnotherapy. Through a series of sessions, she found a way to step back from unhelpful thought patterns and reconnect with her emotions, intuition, and creativity. She was so inspired that she immediately signed up for a hypnotherapy certification course—and loved every minute of it.

That healing journey further ignited a passion for helping others. Cally went on to earn a master’s and later a clinical doctorate in occupational therapy, dedicating herself to supporting people through rehabilitation and guiding them toward a better quality of life—whether they were experiencing injury, illness, chronic pain, adjusting to age-related changes, or neurological conditions such as Parkinson's disease.
Along the way, she naturally wove hypnosis into her work with patients and picked up other powerful tools: tai chi for healthy aging, cognitive behavioral therapy, Reiki levels 1 and 2, and advanced hypnosis training.
Her deep fascination with the mind kept calling her back, and in 2023, Cally took the leap—launching her private practice, Cally Stewart Hypnotherapy. In the fall of 2024, she joined Holistic Life Community, a warm and collaborative wellness center, where she now offers both in-person and virtual hypnotherapy sessions.
Always curious and creative, Cally loves working with both kids and adults (because really, aren’t we all just kids pretending to be grown-ups?). She’s constantly dreaming up new specialty programs and teaming up with other practitioners to create unique healing experiences.
The mind is an incredible thing. Hypnosis offers a direct portal to its many layers. Sometimes, the mind is overstimulated and needs to learn how to trust and support the body. Or perhaps, we have strayed from good self-care and need guidance back to a healthy pattern of self-compassion. Other times, the mind is simply exhausted and craves deep, nourishing rest. Whatever the challenge, the mind holds its own solutions—just waiting to be uncovered.
What “aha” moments might you discover with Cally’s gentle and insightful guidance?
